You could but you would need to add extra caffeine to the order of 1.5 No-Doz tablets per two cups of coffee. Starbucks adds extra caffeine to the coffee you buy at the counter vs the take home, otherwise people would just make it at home instead of spending $3 a cup at the store.

Why don't you just buy the rights to one of their "Starbucks made here" coffee stands? So you can legally show the logo and get the real thing at a discount.

Go with a different brand. Starbucks coffee is one of the worst brands. You just pay for the brand name, not the quality of the drink at starbucks.

if you market it as Starbucks coffee, and use their logo, than yes, there would be a problem. Second, you would need a license or whatever to sell food.

You would have to let your buyers know you are selling Starbucks coffee, you couldn't legally pass it off as something else.

Do you have to buy Starbucks coffee specifically?
Legally, you're not doing anything wrong as long as you don't go around telling everyone. Who cares!?
Do it. Try and profit as much as you can.
