a lot of ppl might like to think so, so that when they hit a 3 month anniversary its like a sense of accomplishment. In reality, 3 weeks isnt a relationship, its just 3 weeks.

First of all, your perception of dog years is incorrect. There are like 7 dog years in a year, not 52. And no, why would they be?
