My mother is a RN (for a very VERY long time) and when she was working in a hospital in Florida she actually saw a baby girl with this name. How sad!
Anferny....I think I heard it in Mean Girls.....he was mad at his sister for naming his nephew "Anferny" instead of "Anthony".
Polyster or Sylvester - Seriously, my parents also grew up in the 60's and 70's and were contemplating naming my SISTER and I these names. Thank goodness we were lucky!

Shaniqua- LOL (for a white girl)
or old names like Beatrice.
Or people who change the spelling of a normal name to be different like ashley spelled asheleigh or christy spelled Krystee. You know that poor kid is gonna get made fun of and people will be like, were your parents hippies? LOL

oh, there are so many! apple, fifi, etc. plus, bad combinations like ben dover or justin case/justin time.
i heard a bad last name the other day - hoar. that's got to be tough to grow up with. mean parents.
