I use ebay all the time. Check the sellers ratings and read the feedback that other people have left. Only buy it if the person has a lot of feedback and the majority of it is positive. I only buy from people who have 90 or above as their score. Beware of people who just opened their account. Use paypal or a money order. If you use a money order then make sure you keep a copy of it until you get your mp3 player.

do you reaaly think you will get an MP3 player for $5?

electronics are one of the biggest scams going on ebay. stay away from them.

if it sounds too good to be true, then IT IS!

buy it from a real store.

if you insist on going through with this, then use PAYPAL and a CREDIT CARD!

yes, they can, I had my id stolen and it is a mess to get straightened out. Go through paypal. make sure the person is not the same one that scammed you before.

If you go through PayPal, they will pay you back in case that happens. I don't recommend paying with anything but PayPal.

Hope this helps!
