I gave her a little nibble on the lobe and off came the rock, and down the hatch it went .It was a big sucker and cost me a few weeks' pay. How long before it passes thru me? And how do I go about retrieving it from the poo? Do I just dump thru a screen for the next few days and go sifting, or what? Please help, she wants to kill me!

When you've poo'd in the strainer, why not pour water through it to let the goo go through the strainer, before you have to work through the big stuff. Might possibly get a glint before using the rubber gloves. Hope you have a cold, or can close it off like you have one and can't breath through the nose. You can buy a "stool softener" in case you're constipated. And eat some fruit, also oatmeal for laxative effect. Good luck!. You might want to get some Emetrol - might help control the emesis..... ;-)

Do you nibble on old ladies ear lobes alot? Yeah, I'll bet she's really ticked. You haven't passed it yet? Try ex-lax and rubber gloves. Do it in a bucket, add water to break down the matter. How about a nose guard. Lay off the old ladies!

Seems like you got it under control. Messy job but what else can you do but let your fingers do the walking ... through you poo .. that is .. maybe buy some rubber gloves.
It can be a few days to a week or so. May take a laxative to speed things along. But stay home.

Just get yourself a big sack of White Castle Burgers, wait a couple of hours, you should get the rock back, oh by the way, happy sifting.
