Imagine that everyone on the world is 1,000 years old and there no babies.

Wow, the world would be crazily overpopulated and there would be like 100,000 year old people that, with all the wrinkles, would look discusting!
But, everyone would be a lot happier, thered be no lost loved ones, probably less violence since thered be no use in it if the people couldn't die, and we'd know a lot more about our past.
So it could be good or bad...depends how you look at it...

Probably be a world divided between spiritual masters and the utterly insane.
The good people who live to be a 1000 would let their goodness grow for 1000 years.
The bad people who live to be a 1000 would let their badness fester for 1000 years.
