can cats see things happen before it happens

it just that one day i went to go in to my shed and before i did my cat started to hisss and i stoped to see wat was going on and a heavy object fell and it would of hit me if my cat dident hiss so maybe it was trying to warn me

All I can attest to is that when I am getting sick (like coming down with a cold or worse) my cat doesn't leave my side until I am well again. I'm wondering why you asked this question. Maybe you can answer that when you pick your best answer. Are you just curious as a cat? LOL ('Cause you know what curiously did - it killed the cat.)
