I heard a song on the radio tonight, but I didn't catch the name or artist. It's a rock song and "lay down" is repeated throughout the song. I have searched quite a bit, but I can't find anything. Help?

I can't remember any other lyrics. :/ It sounded like Breaking Benjamin or 10 Years, but it's neither of those bands.

You should try looking up the website of the radio station(s) that the song might come on. I don't know about where you are, but most of the radio stations where I'm at have websites and have detailed lists of songs played and even who the dj was and all that.
