CALL YOUR VET! Horses are very delicate creatures and it doesn't sound like she is healing correctly.

You need to consult your veterinarian. Also I can't believe you didn't call your farrier out to put the shoe back on in the first place. It sounds like your horse is already infected and will need to be sutured to drain the pus. I would also check up on your equine terms and definitions- knee is referring to the front limbs where the joint carpus is while the hock is referring to the hind limbs where the tarsus joint is located. Your wording was so all over the place I couldn't tell if her front legs were hurt or her back legs- or hell all her legs.

Make a drawing salve and wrap it and then get her to the vet or have the vet come to you depending on where you live. Some feed stores, again depending where you live, may have what you need to use as a drawing salve. Take care of that baby and I wish you luck!!
