Hi!

First off, if this is not the Cingular branded SLVR with iTunes on it, then you will never have the real iTunes on it.

Secondly, welcome to the world of Motorola Hacking! Your best bet is to begin here at MotoModders website:

http://www.motomodders.net/Default.aspx?tabid=55

Read EVERYTHING here on the website about how to modify your cellphone. Then search for the programs to do it. There is a 3rd party program you can install on the phone that calls itself "iTunes" that looks and acts like iTunes, but it is NOT iTunes and you cannot use iTunes to synch to it.

One of the biggest programs you are going to need is "Motorola Phone Tools". It should be in the box along with your L6. If it is not, you can order it directly from Motorola for your phone. That has the bare bones drivers for connecting to your cellphone.

Once you have the applications installed on your cellphone and everything is running the way you want it, if you havent bricked your cellphone by that point, all you have to do is plug your cellphone into the computer, let it attach as a hard drive, and then use a special MP3 converter that will make your MP3s compatable with the fake iTunes software and manage your playlists for you.
