This is due Friday and can you tell me if any of these are on a high school level?

1. http://www.all-science-fair-projects.com/science_fair_projects/91/760/436f9f4f53bea082d2134c7d559eac37.html

2. I don't know the web address to this one but I have to find out how long it will take to shell an egg in distilled white vinegar, salty water, vinegar and water together, and salt water.

3. the last one:

but I don't know what would be the purpose in doing the last project.

PLEASE help me if you can.

I can't go to the links, but we just did the second one a little while back in my advanced bio. class (I'm a sophomore) as a class lab, so I know it's a high school level thing. I think it took like 5-ish days total.

It all depends on what your aptitude is--chemistry or physics.

Upon viewing these choices, it all seems like in the high school level, so at least, that's one problem solved. If you like chemistry better, try doing the 2nd and/or 3rd option (the 3rd option is more on the chemistry behind the cooking, i.e. determining the yield of the product after mixing N number of reactants).

If you like physics more, then the first one would be great, since light spectra is but a part of physics, and some chemistry as well.

In any case, all these would be suitable. So just take your pick and enjoy the experiment!
