i know nothing about Gmail for all my life i had only used hotmail and MSN
but now i want a gmail account ..so how so i get one
also there is this thing, GmailDrive . wut is it
i asumed that mean i already have a account but how do i know for sure and how do i find my account ???

Haha, gmail is a pretty awesome email service. I use it in tandem with Yahoo Mail.
If you have a cell phone, go to gmail and sign up using your cell phone number. Don't worry, google can be trusted with your number. You can also get an invite from one your friends who uses gmail.
GmailDrive is a way to use gmail's 2gb of storage for your own files. You install the program and upload your files at your leisure. Keep in mind that whatever you upload will not be 100% secure, because it's online. Download GmailDrive, and upload as you wish!
If you know your account screename, then log in using gmail. If it says that no account exists under that screename, then that means that you don't have an account under that screename.

I would recommend visiting the website http://www.highwayman.org/gmail if you wish to have a Google Mail invite sent to you. All it requires is that you have an e-mail account for validation.
