Bead stores in your area. You may have to go to a larger city to find a good selection. Some of the larger craft stores have been carrying Chinese glass beads for the last few years, they aren't as high a quality as the Chek beads but are much cheaper. You could also try Ebay, look for bead lots or beaded jewelry lots. I also have lots of beads I have picked up at yard and estate sales.

If you want to buy beads on line there are lots of good sites, the best pricing I've found for the stuff I buy is Firemountaingems.com and Riogrand.com. Auntiesbeads is also good for selection but their pricing is higher.

Happy hunting!

I've built up a great collection by hunting for old necklaces at garage sales and resale shops. I take them apart and sort out the beads. It's a cheaper alternative than buying all new beads. Just make sure the beads aren't glued on to the cord.

Do you remember the wooden beaded seatcovers about 15 years ago. Well if you see any at a yard sale or thrift shop, buy them because you can cut them apart and use the wooden beads as you like.

well its gonna be really hard that u find all those kinds of beads. All of the beads here in the united states are plastic. So whenever u go to Mexico u might find them there. They have lots of cultural things and they might have beeds. Well good luck finding them
