please guys!1 help me, i have research paper due on tuesday . so this is my question: Is there really such a thing as "brain drain"?and, if so, is this a topic for the international community to assress?.

Brain drain is when someone goes to college in one state or country and then moves to another state or country. The states tend to want them to stay in that state so they can become employed there.

Yes. Brain drain is in fact very bad to the countries who lose professionals who choose to work abroad. Brain drain happens when a large group of people from the same proffesion permanently migrate to another country. It is bad because the succeding generations will be directly affected by the lack of the people of that proffesion. The international community should regulate brain drain as to not further increase the difference of the thrid world countries who provide the professionals and first world countries who accept them.

Brain drain is stealing the creativity and ideas of an individual by giving money.

India suffers from this a lot as many professionals go out of the country and do not serve their country

Brain drain has to do with people who are educated in one country but after they graduate they go to live and work in another country. The country doing the educating suffers from "brain drain"

Brain drain means settling and working for a different country than that you have studied.. For example, You studied in the Philippines, ur native land, but after you graduated, you chose to stay and work for another country.. let's say, in America...
