please guys!1 help me, i have research paper due on tuesday . so this is my question: Is there really such a thing as "brain drain"?and, if so, is this a topic for the international community to assress?.
so plzzzzz help... especially in India ..Thanks so much for reading my question and have a little comom....(*_*)

brain drain is a real problem. it refers to the problem countries face when their highly educated people, such as doctors, computer specialists, etc, leave the country to go to a more wealthy country. for india, the brain drain refers to the loss of educated indian nationals going to countries in europe and to the united states to increase their ability to make a higher income. an example is an indian doctor leaving india where he can make $10000 a year for the united states where he can make $250000 a year. it makes sense for the doctor, but it hurts india.

Depends on what your definition of "brain drain" is for it to be real and/or a topic worthy of international address. There are obviously more pressing topics than one unheard of such as this.
