What if the music is really loud but they play at around 8:30pm, before 10pm, though... It's like rock/rap... Would that bother you and would you do anything about it?

He is singing really loud too along with the music but his singing/voice is even louder than the music itself.. What do you think of that??

Its amazing to me that the governments in various places let these selfish assholes bother real people with their noise. I lived in Kansas City and it was either Mexican, vietnamese , ******* or white trash basting away till 4 or 5 in the morning.
This was one of the main reasons I left that lousy town and now live in the country where the neighbors are far enough away they only bother the dead

It Would Bother Me If It Was At An Inappropriate Time, But I Think That It Would All Depend On What I Was Doing. If I Was Busy Doing Homework Or Something, I'd Be Very Irritated At The Fact That Someone Had Their Music So Loud. I Used To Have Neighbors That Had Metal Music Playing at 2 AM, So I Wouldn't Wanna Live Near Someone That Had That Same Problem With Bad Timing.

Yes. Most communities have rules that loud music must be turned down from 10PM until morning.

Yes that would bother me if my house vibrated or I could not enjoy my own TV for it. I would call the neighbor and ask that they turn the music down. If that did not work, I would call the police. They are disturbing my peace & that's against the law. Been there and done that.

Yes. If it's late at night, you can call the police and ask them to go over and talk with the neighbor. There are noise laws, like after 10 PM.

Yes. Right when I sat down to Thanksgiving dinner my neighbor decided to play lound, endless trance. It was annoying.
When your neighbors have bad taste in music it's always bothersome, especially when they crank up the volume.

If they cut it off before 10pm, you can get the police involved...I would go over and ask them to turn it down...Thankfully all my neighbors are old....

Yes. While he/she has the right to listen to music, you have your right to express that you don't like it.
Same thing happened to me.
First I asked nicely, and that didn't work.
Next, I went to the landlord and that night I didn't hear anything.
He moved out.
