Because they all suck and nobody's watching them, so CBS has no choice but to cancel the shows. Advertisers are not going to pay CBS money to air their ads during a show where there are very few viewers.

This is only a guess here, but I think CBS is so drunk on the ridiculously high ratings of its CSI successes, that any other show they air, simply can't compete. Until they find another formula that works as well, they'll likely not take many chances. Just my opinion.

They seem to have a problem with low ratings and that stupid show American Idol is too much competition.
