If you are looking for fast, upbeat themes with rock sounds look to the east, in Europe. Electronica songs from Chemical Brothers, Junkie XL, & Prodigy fit into that category. Blue Monday by New Order is also a perfect example of fast rock music. Not many people in America (mostly older teens & young adults) these days seem to care for fast beats, though.
