LMFAO - NASCAR has the best drivers? Maybe if you're talking about tilling a field. I'm sure they can out-drive Schumacher if they're driving combines - typical NASCAR fan - f'ing rednecks.
Well you pretty much answered your own question - They're idiots! plain and simple.

I have something for you.
-NASCAR has more people watching it
-NASCAR has way more people than F1 AT every race
-NASCAR has WAY better racing than F1
and F1 drivers think that's where it's at?
Pleeeez!
Us NASCAR fans answer your dumb F1 answers for a joke.
You frickin schumacher fans freak out like homos like the french drivers over there.
F1 can't even keep 36 drivers at the race, so they pay old retired drivers to fill up the race.
NASCAR has over 36 drivers contending for a win. It's WAY,WAY, WAY better racing than F1.
Formula one has had 1 driver win 8 of the 9 races where NASCAR has had 9 different drivers in fifteen events.
@ the end of the F1 race @ indianapolis, there were 8 cars in the race with only 5 cars on the lead lap. ???
Michael Schumacher leads the F1 points standings by eighteen points, that is almost two entire races that Michael could sit out and still lead the points.
In NASCAR Jimmie Johnson leads the season long point standings by seven points, that represents less than two positions on the race track in any one race.
There were more passes for the lead at the 2000 fall Talladega race than in an entire F1 season. (fact)
F1 Winston Cup
13 men 7 men
4 nuts 20 nuts
4 tires 4 tires
4 guns 2 guns
2 jacks 1 jack
11 seconds 12.8 seconds
400,000 people watched the Brickyard 400 live, fewer than 150,000 watched the US Grand Prix at the same track.
No F1 event in history has ever sold 400,000 tickets.
Picture yourself doing 120 in car entering a 180 degree turn over no more than 250 feet.
Would you prefer to be in a 3500lb car with steel brakes, a 6" spoiler and 9' wheels or a 1400 lb car with carbon fibre brakes, a front wing, a rear wing that measures around 18"x72" and tires over 12" in width?.
Now, throw in 42 of your best buddies and have them join you two and three rows wide.
You will not see that in F1

As has been proven in this posting, this is an open forum, so you get all kinds of answers from all kinds of people. If everybody had the same taste in racing, things would get pretty boring pretty quickly. Everybody can't be a F1 fan, the same way everybody can't be a NASCAR fan. I really can't see where all the anger and disrespect come from, though. My perfect Sunday is breakfast with F1, lunch with NASCAR, and dinner with Dave Despain. I'd love to work in some WRC, BTCC, SCORR, and sports car racing, too, but I think the wife would protest (and there is no televised rally coverage in the US- what a crime!).

NASCAR definetly does NOT have the best drivers in the world. Yes, F1 does use alot of technology in their cars, but I just can't see how racing in circles requires alot of skill. NASCAR has what, 2 road courses, the whole season? I use to love watching the Indy cars back in the early 90's. Now that was racing and a driver really had to prove he was good. An excellent mix of oval, road, and street courses. Now that proves how good a driver really is.
Michael Andretti and his father were 2 of the best. Jacques Villenueve also comes to mind. Nigel Mansell.
Oh yeah, these guys raced F1 too. Geez.....wouldn't you know it.

Ha...Ha...HA! That's very funny that idiot saying that NASCAR racing(even driver) better than F1, and ...oh, my god! Some stupid fellow even thought F1 racing is easier to drive compare with NASCAR???!
Hi & Hello... F1 was the most high level & skill ability require racing, the highiest speed racing!
Nascar only a little game in US, a little boring racing circuit(almost same car).
We saw Montoya can win in NASCAR...but in F1? He just seems like nothing (compare with Kimi)..
The result is the best prove, no need argue...!
--->Hardcore Republican,
Challenge? No see, but see Money.Did a Good driver mean lot of money?? or skill ? Ya...Nascar only open for those guys looking for money but not for a highest aim & glory.think careful before you shoot, pal...! Another American stupid feelow...!

I agree with you to a point. You have to know the origins of Nascar. These first NASCAR drivers came from a long life of bootleggers and they had to get their "shine" to the customer and elude the revenuer's. After a while, they had competitions to see who was the best driver and eventually NASCAR came to be.
As for NASCAR having the best drivers today.........if you count the accidents, then NASCAR rates first, more smash and crash in one year than Formula 1 in 5 yrs........ so who's the best? Each fan has a favorite and to that fan, that fave is the best.

Any full-time road racer, especially F1 would be better than a NASCAR driver. After all, even a monkey could learn how to turn left all day!

Because they are ignorant. Watch, when Montoya (a slightly better than average F-1 racer) starts winning races and they start running him into the walls to prevent him from winning the championship his first year, we'll see who the most skilled and the worst sports in racing are.
I heard another redneck sibling-humper say nascar has more variety than F-1, long, medium, short tracks and road courses. Obviously he has never watched an F-1 race in his life.

Everyone is going to be bias towards whatever motorsport they watch. It's like the rivalry between Scotland and England if you think about it.
Don't forget that you get F1 fans who go to the NASCAR section and throw insults in questions tat they don't know the answer to. So don't just pick on the NASCAR fans. Some of us are just as guilty.
BTW: Best racing driver ever is Jim Clark. Took part in lots of different types of motor-racing because he wanted to see how good he was and how fast he could go. His death was morned around the world, even in America. Not even Senna's death caused the feel of lost in motorsport in the way that Clark's did.

Why do idiots talk at all? Because intelligent people keep their mouth shut and only speak when the moment is right and an idiot will ramble just to get attention. The point is to make you pissed off or frustrated and it obviously worked. Who cares! They hate us, we hate them and the story goes on like so. I just wish I could be surrounded by more F1 idiots than NASCAR idiots. They might be stupid, but at least they would like the right sport.......see, now you got me doing it too!

Most likely they said that NASCAR has the best drivers in the world because they have never seen and know nothing about WRC.
