For one I think we need to be able to choose multiple best answers...for example if you asked a question like "what is your favorite cereal" there isn't one right answer. Secondly, we need to bring back the thumbs up/down thing back for the questions like we do the answers however, with on additional selection next to it - a "What the h*ll!??!" selection in case you don't understand the question or the answer.

Those are some great ideas. One suggestion I would like to add is, Yahoo should actually read the answers they violate. Some people just have an opposing viewpoint and they report those answers as insulting. This should be a violation in itself.

Thumbs up and down, sure. What the H#ll section maybe adjust that. Multiple right answers, no.

i think they should stop being so stricted about certain types of questions. I also think they should stop blaming us everytime a young kid heard something they weren't supposed to. Because how is it our fault? Yes i do know the feeling about getting so meany great answers and only being able to choose 1. I personelly have nothing against this rule. I just wish they would be less strict but it's there site not yours or mine.
