i dont think you'll be able to if the families dont want the names to be released.

Contact your local Red Cross, Emergency and Disaster Dept. They maybe able to give you a contact in that area. Frequently HAM radio operators are working with ARC to get this information out to worried family members.

I don't think that you'll see them published for at least another few weeks, until they have all been recovered/identified. I hope it wasn't anyone you know=(
