Nazi Germany committed genocide to the Jews. How come holocaust was never used to denote the mass murders committed by Japan before and during Second World War? The Japanese have kept and protected the Emperor of Japan from blame from murdering or ordering the Japanese Imperial Army of mass murder in China, Korea, Malaysia, Philippines, and Indonesia. They Japanese army used women from these nations as sex slaves. I don't see monuments in the U.S. of such serious crimes like we have in Washington DC for the Jews during the Second World War. Millions of Chinese, Koreans, Malaysians, Indonesians and Filipinos were brutally murdered, like those millions of Jews.

Yes, I would say the Japanese Emperor, who's dead now, was a war criminal. I guess a group needs to suggest and support the construction of a monument.

First there should be such monuments in Asia. I live in Korea and haven't seen any in Seoul. There should be one and a museum too.

He was a mass murderer. He was somewhat a Idiot who did not know much about his people also.

Watch a PBS program about the 5 stars General McCarthy. He occupied Japan and used the Japanese Emperor as a puppet.

In short, I will say it is because US protected the Japanese when they occupied Japan.
