Comfort Food: Potato Salad, Mashed Potatoes w/ lotsa cream cheese & cream cheese sandwich

Donut: chocolate, sugar, & ones with jam filling (yummy)

Pasta dish: chicken fettuccine alfredo, Lasagna, seafood spaghetti

Midnight Snack: cookies & milk/ pb&j sandwich

1. Condiment-I like authentic mexican salsa (green) on everything...well everything that would require it. Jalapeño with scrambled eggs and chicken.

Condiment- Salsa, Picante style. Veggie flavored torillia chips.

Comfort food- spaghetti, mom's potato salad (no one else's will do)

donut- honey dipped warmed in the microwave for a couple of seconds

My daughter's chicken fettucini cannot be beat!

midnight snack- leftovers, p,b and j, bologna sanwdich, ramen noodles

Try some peppermints or mint flavored gum. It is relaxing to the stomach and will make you a little less hungry. After that, try eating something small and will go down easily. You could have soup, juice, oatmeal, or something similar. I also suggest drinking tea if you like it because that always works for me. Don't eat a lot at one time! if you still feel this sick tomorrow, go see your doctor.

I'm rarely hungry, because of a painful medical condition.
I have to force myself to eat. There are a few rare times, when the pain is reduced and I get an appetite back.

If I was hungry my favorite food would be pork chops, done just right...nice and juicy with garlic on top.

Hell yah I'm starving. I ate a buncha chocolate and now I am eating fiber wafers and ginger ale. Lol. Like that makes a difference at this point.

If it doesn't, next stop will be the all night Mikky-Ds.

Anybody have any diet pills handy? Lol, j/k.

1. ranch dressing, honey mustard, salsa, and mayonaise!
2. potato chips, ice cream, bagel & cream cheese, and bologna sandwich with lettuce & tomatoe
