IM A REALTOR and i am buying and selling repo bank homes..
as a private buyer and seller i would like to open a realestate company or a investment company where i as my company buyes homes from banks repos and fixing the and sell... but i need help understanding how this process work i dont wonth to deal with morgages and title with the buyers...... i guess what my main goal is to start a investment company to buy and resell repo homes................. thank you for ur answers

There are no short cuts to investments. Getting an education would help.Getting more experience would too.Investing,by it's very nature,is risky.Being armed with knowledge and experience is your best defense.

obviously you are NOT a realtor and you are not buying and selling Repo homes or you would know the answer to your question,, Don't lie to us if you want our help and advice.
