I own a 96 chevy blazer, LS 4wd, 4d, First the brakes started squeaking, i assumed it was the brakes, but dad didn't do anything about it, continuted to drive it, then the squeky squeaky got worse, like really loud, now when im driving down the road the squeaking continues but there is a new sound, it sounds like i have a flat tire, like , thump thump thump thump, but no flat tire, does the thumps have anything to do with the brakes? have they got really bad cuz i havn't fixed them yet or what? I loved her first-heartland

the thump is caused from the brakes being not looked at when they were sqweeking it just needed pads now youll need a complete brake job asap dont drive it as is get it fixed

get the brakes checked too just to be sure. did the squeak squeak turn to grind before it turned to thump thump? do you only hear thump when you apply the brakes. you may have worn down into the rotor vents. go get it checked. do you only hear sounds or do you feel anything?

I'd say that the more serious issue, is the fact that someone who spells that badly can actually drive a 2 ton vehicle!
(and I spell really bad so this is like a homeless man making fun of a fat girl.)

FIX your brakes!!! Stop being cheap..... the longer you put it off, the more it will cost to get it fixed.

DONT DRIVE IT ANYMORE. ITS NOT SAFE! You may have to replace a lot of major parts now for putting this off so long.
