that the world will end in 2012. It's predicted by Nostradamus and Edgar Casey. Also, don't the Mayan's believe it?

The mayans predicted that it will be the dawn of a great new beginning. It is not that the world will end but rather it is raising its frequency and thus everything's consciousness is raising. The world is "turning" but not the opposite way but rather tilting. The north and south poles are swithing sides and this is causing good and bad out comes. A bad outcome is that the earth's grid is no longer where it was, so the animals that migrate that used to follow this grid to get to new places are now ending up else-where. An example would be whales. They grid used to lead them to other parts of the world but is now leading them to land. That is why we are finding more and more beached whales, and no matter how many we save, they will re-align with the grid and end up beached once more. An up-side to this would be we as humans being able to "open up" new parts of our brain. They are finding we are becoming much more psychic and sensitive to the changes of earth. I have LOTS more info but it is too much to write. If you would like to know more and have me send you some links and articles, email me at squirreltacular23@yahoo.com. The info i have has to do with this and other changes happening to the earth. i also have a lot of info on what will happen in 2012. so email me.

I have stopped listening to any end-of-the-world theories, since you hear at least one every year. There was even a report printed in a magazine last year where I live about a group of religious fanatics gathering around a table talking, with the caption under the photograph reading "Our members preparing for last year's end of the world."

When the new christian year was written up, there was a mathematical error by the person calculating the years from Jesus' real birth and what is sid in Catholisicm, and set the year back 5 years because of the error, so really, the year now is 2012, not 2007, meaning the so called end-of-the-world will be december this year.
But again, of all the people who have claimed the world will end, I do not listen anymore, every person has been wrong so far, and even with the Mayans advanced technology for the time in astronomy and mathematics, I place little value on being right.

No. Truth is, no one knows. Don't put any stock in those so called predictions of Michel de Notredame or Edgar Cacye. They were wrong about other things. Notable remember that Nostradamus predicted, "...in 1999 the Great Terror will come from the sky..."

Also, they Aztecs simply stopped their calendar making after chipping away in stone for years at something like 2012. It doesn't mean anything except that that's just as far as they got on their calendar making. If the Maya's had a similar date on their calendar, I'm sure it ended there for a similar reason.

Believe it I don't know for sure. I do know the Mayan Calender and prophecies end on that year. But like the Christian day of Judgment in the book of the Revelation's to John . It does not say the physical world will end . But will be transformed with the Second coming of Jesus "the Christ" and the establishment of the Kingdom of God on Earth.
Their is a difference between the end of the world and the end of the world as we know it know.
Their are other theories that say we may be hit by a giant asteroid during that year or at least a near miss. Either one of which will change things as we know them.
The war in the heavens may have been our solar system passing thorough a meteor shower. As some of the damage to the planets is the same as described in mythology.

2012 Unlimited philosophy

1. Humanity and Planet Earth are currently going through a huge change or shift in consciousness and reality perception.

2. The Mayan civilization of Central America was and is the most advanced in relation to time-science knowledge. Their main calendar is the most accurate on the planet. It has never erred. They actually have 22 calendars in total, covering the many timing cycles in the Universe and Solar System. Some of these calendars are yet to be revealed.

3. The Mayan fifth world finished in 1987. The sixth world starts in 2012. So we are currently "between worlds". This time is called the "Apocalypse" or revealing. This means the real truth will be revealed. It is also the time for us to work through "our stuff" individually and collectively.

4. The Mayan sixth world is actually blank. This means it is up to us, as co-creators, to start creating the new world and civilization we want now.

5. The Mayans also say that by 2012-
- we will have gone beyond technology as we know it.
- we will have gone beyond time and money.
- we will have entered the fifth dimension after passing through the fourth dimension
- Planet Earth and the Solar System will come into galactic synchronization with the rest of the Universe.
- Our DNA will be "upgraded" (or reprogrammed) from the centre of our galaxy. (Hunab Ku)
"Everbody on this planet is mutating. Some are more conscious of it than others. But everyone is doing it" - Extraterrestrial Earth Mission.

6. In 2012 the plane of our Solar System will line up exactly with the plane of our Galaxy, the Milky Way. This cycle has taken 26,000 years to complete. Virgil Armstrong also says that two other galaxies will line up with ours at the same time. A cosmic event!

7. Time is actually speeding up (or collapsing). For thousands of years the Schumann Resonance or pulse (heartbeat) of Earth has been 7.83 cycles per second, The military have used this as a very reliable reference. However, since 1980 this resonance has been slowly rising. It is now over 12 cycles per second! This mean there is the equalivant of less than 16 hours per day instead of the old 24 hours. Another intrepetation is - we, or rather Consciousness have been down this same road seven times before over the last 16 billion years. Each of these cycles of Creation runs 20 times faster than the last one. The same amount of Creation is paced 20 times tighter. This is why time seems to be going so fast. It is not "time" but Creation itself that is accelerating. (see Mayan Calendar Central)

8. During the Apocalypse or the time "between worlds" many people will be going through many personal changes. The changes will be many and varied. It is all part of what we came here to learn or experience. Examples of change could be- relationships coming to an end, change of residence or location, change of job or work, shift in attitude or thinking etc.

9. Remember, in any given moment we are making small and large decisions. Each decision is based on LOVE or FEAR. Choose love, follow your intuition, not intellect and follow your passion or "burning inner desire." Go with the flow.

10. Thought forms are very important and affect our everyday life. We create our reality with thought forms. If we think negative thoughts of others this is what we attract. If we think positive thoughts we will attract positive people and events. So be aware of your thoughts and eliminate the unnecessary negative or judgemental ones.

11. Be aware that most of the media is controlled by just a few. Use discernment! Look for the hidden agendas. Why is this information being presented to you? What is "their" real agenda? Is it a case of problemreactionsolution? Do "they" create a problem so that "we" react and ask for a fix, then "they" offer their solution? The "solution is what "they" really wanted in the first place.

12. Remember almost nothing happens by accident. Almost all "events" are planned by some agency or other. Despite this, it is a very exciting time to be alive!

The Mayan calnedar ends this cycle in 2012. however, that doesn't mean they meant the world would end. People who skim over it and never actually look in depth into it believe that it means the end of the world.

the world will no more end than it did in 1000, 1500 or 2000.

That's really weird. I haven't heard anything about that before. I say anything is possible. But I would like to not be alive when the world ends!!!! I'm not sure if the mayans believed that.

NO HUMAN BEING HAS THE RIGHT TO PROCLAIM THAT THE WORLD IS GOING TO END ANY SPECIFIC DAY!!!!!!!! ONLY GOD KNOWS THAT
you remember what happened at the end of the millennium????
calendars and years and numbers are human creations, and if for us the world is going to end on 2012, what about the Jews, what about the Chinese, they use different calendars, for them the year 2012 was long time ago and they are still here. (not racist)

No one knows when the world will end. Only God in Heaven knows. Not the angels, and not any human. It is scripture. So relax. It could be in the next 30 seconds or the next million yrs.

I like to think that instead of officially "ending," the world will experience a major consciousness shift--kind of like turning to a new page, but without any of the excess death-and-destruction that the end of the world would imply. Kind of like how the "Death" card in tarot generally means "endings and beginnings" instead of Death.
