The same way women do - with control over the throat and vocal training. Granted some men hit higher notes than others - that has to do with how deep or not the man's voice is.

Just as women have the whistle range, men have a falsetto range. They both seem higher than any human of that gender should be able to hit, but still possible.

My voice is naturly low, but some of my friends who are guys, they have high notes, they says it takes a lot of practise. I think it would be hard, i think its easier to memorize where the low notes are, rather than high.

it is possible by putting an enormous amount of strain on the vocal cords, causing them to be tighter, making the sound high pitched instead of low pitched. scientifically speaking
