I doubt if most people in Europe are "pure" either. Spain and Sicily were occupied by the Moors (Muslims from Africa) for hundreds of years before Columbus. I've heard that most Spanish people have some Moorish ancestry (even though they might not like to admit it). Why does Spanish music sound a lot like Middle Eastern music? Why do you think? People might identify themselves with one country their ancestors came from, and probably don't even know what their background really is. Europe has a bunch of little countries side by side, there had to be people having sex with people on the other side--there's no way to stop it. Somebody might say he's "purely German" but maybe his grandma never told him about that night with a handsome Frenchman a long time ago. I heard some scientists did DNA testing on Thomas Jefferson's bones and found he had Middle Eastern ancestry (there are, of course, a lot of black people in the USA named Jefferson and Washington) I doubt if anybody is "pure race" unless they are from some remote tribes that don't interact with the outside world, and I don't think there are very many people like that anymore. I wouldn't be surprised if some white scientists are fooling around with Bushman and pygmies when nobody's looking.

reason too many ppl nevertheless do not see previous the shade. it really works both techniques. This challenge is a lot extra complicated than that, and has been so beaten to lack of existence, that i'm and that i'm constructive many others are already sick of it. it type of feels someway as if the finished race challenge is a need in a society, very few human nature. even extra disturbingly it is now merely about cool to be discriminated hostile to, i have heard too frequently someone conserving that you probably did this, or did not do this "reason i'm black". notwithstanding many situations it ought to have no longer something to do with it! it is has change into merely about an excuse. i imagine too many ppl do not favor to attraction to close something of this blend of race, and purity of ways African you actually are as see you later as your epidermis is darkish you're black and no one will really manage to tell something else, a minimum of maximum ppl gained't. US has its personal racism, it is really diverse from different countries really. it is pronounced the following openly, seems all and multiple knows it, yet it retains on persevering with, and frequently in very glaring way merely about because it change right into a comic book tale. i have not encountered something similar in Europe i ought to favor to attraction to close the way it truly is elsewhere notwithstanding? absolutely everyone be conscious this?

I have news for you, americans have never been a "pure race".Even when they came to America they were a mixture, but it was hard to tell since they were all white. There are still people who identify with one group but a huge number of americans are of mixed heritage and the number is growing.

America never had a pure race, seeing how we all came from ancestors who came from Europe or other lands. The natives were the only ones here, but did they integrate? And technically, the European immigrants are the ones that named our nation America.

yes I was always brought up to think it was a big melting pot.

So it was quite a surprise to find in San Francisco, they have Chinatown. And in North Beach, all the lamp posts have Italian colours painted on them.

No they are just as separate as they ever were. Worse, probably.

There never was a "pure American race", it was always a mix of the people who settled in the country from elsewhere.

The whole point of America is that we are all "AMERICAN" reguardless of what race we are. That is why this is called the "Melting Pot". That's how it's always been. You can fly whatever flag you want here, that's what is great about it. Period. By the way I was born in 1978.

America the great melting pot has always been and will always be a not pure race. I mean the US of America, of course. Isn't all this race and culture crap really awfully silly?

Yeah there's really no such thing as "100% American". I am Italian- and Irish-American and everyone I know has at least one other type of blood in them.
