NO!

Lack of sleep for prolonged periods can have implication .on your judgement in driving or operating machinery. Or even your total mental state in rational thoughts and deeds. But having any effect like blindness has never been recorded in any medical journal i have subscribed to or read.

Usually there are distortions of perception and even hallucinations but not blindness.

No you can't go blind by not getting enough sleep, but there are enough negative ramifications to your body for depriving it of rest that it is important to get as much sleep as you need to feel good.
