How do you learn the basics of dancing?

You can start by swaying back and forth to a song. When you feel the beat let loose!! Ever heard that quote "dance like no one is watching." Don't worry about not doing the popular dances, its cooler when someone is doing their own unique thing. Go for it!!

Take a dance class or watch instructional videos online. Or ask a friend to help teach you the simpler steps.

I've learn the basic steps from my sister, I always watch them with her friends practicing dance presentation. The 1 2 3 steps and the left and right side steps. Also I'm surfing this sites that could train and handle dancers and performers very well. please try to visit

Just let your self free & then when you are comfortable try:
*Swinging your hips
*Learning dances
*Etc;
