According to the Warren Commission, Lee Harvey Oswald acted alone in his assassination of John F. Kennedy. We will never know the actual account of Mr. Oswald because Jack Ruby (Rubistein) Killed him on National TV in the basement of the Dallas Police station! To answer your question: Yes, there are sealed documents located in the national archives that will remain sealed for an undisclosed time (Until the current generations of the Baby Boom are deceased!) There are several conspiracy theories: Jim Garrison's Book is what the movie JFK is based upon and the most commonly known, but not the most believed by Historians. The Kennedy family had many enemies and played an interesting game of politics (Organized Crime, Hollywood, Bedroom politics, etc.). My personal belief is that Kennedy had made too many enemies in our own Government and in the Business world and both conspired to have him assassinated. Reasons: His decisions with the Bay of Pigs fiasco, his decisions on Civil Rights, Plans to cut Military spending at a time when BIG businesses depended on Fed. Military contracts. I believe totally that our country was heading in the right direction in international affairs under JFK... our future looked bright, but the '60's took away our dreams: JFK, RFK, Malcolm X, MLK jr. Hendrix, Joplin...

Yes, it is. History channel showed a version of the Magruder film rendered into 3-D, which showed that the body movements on the film exactly match the "official" version of one Lee Harvey Oswald firing from a distance. After all, the Marines did train him as a marksman.
Then there is that Lee's own brother said that Lee would never work with anyone; he was too anti-social and attention desperate. The other thing people omit is that Oswald had earlier tried to assassinate a general in Dallas, again, to get attention. That time he missed, so he found a bigger target.

What bugs everyone is that one nut who gets lucky could take our our elected leader. But that's why we don't have a leader, we have a Constitution. THAT is what we need to protect.

I think that the documents are sealed for 50 years, not sure, anyway; even Inspector Clouseau could have figured this one out. Kennedy's father owed favors to the mob, I think he was a bootlegger during prohibition, the mob helped in the election and figured they were owed some favors, but Robert wanted to be a boyscout and go after organized crime, which sealed his brothers fate. Sam Giancana gave the order and they couldn't be sure that Oswald would keep his mouth shut, so they sent Ruby, who had cancer and nothing to lose, to finish off Oswald, with the usual promise that his family would be taken care of.
