Do any one out there think brandy should go to jail 4 the accident she had in her car? I think shes a good person and even though she hit the person brandy was'nt drunk driving or speeding! someone tell me whats the story and update me on whats happening now! thanks

well she was speeding....enough to knock a car across the freeway. and get hit by a nother car going at least 65 mph. The only reason I would send her to jail...is because she didn't personally express her sorrows to the family...she sent a spokes person instead.....i don't care how much money you have.....that was trashy and very unclassy

She told police that she was driving at 65 mph when the accident occured. That's speeding. I really think that she does need to be prosecuted, but honestly I'm not sure what the charge will be. Last I heard the family is suing for $50 million. I think that she should receive the same prosecution that any normal person would get in the same exact senerio. She chose to speed. Had she not been speeding, then there's a chance that the person wouldn't have died and that everyone involved could have walked away. As for the family, I empathize with them, but really? $50 million? Not that she doesn't have it, but isn't that capitalizing off of a tragedy? That would put a family of 50 well off for the rest of their lives.

I'm not a Brandy fan and I think celebrities get away with waaaaayy too much, but....everything that I've seen points to this just being a bad accident and the charges against her are more of a formality than anything else. As you said, she wasn't drunk or speeding...so how could you really charge her with anything but just driving badly at the worst possible time.

Well just because someone appears nice doesn't mean not pay some consequences for someone's death. I'm glad she is taking this seriously and doing what she needs to do. I wish that family well.

yeah i think so because she was driving all crazy and wasn't watching on what she was doing and now she has to pay the price of consequences!
besides that she pretty much fell off anyway

it's called reckless driving. she's being sued fo $50 million. probably won't get jail,maybe probation.
