HI i'm a student and i want to ask about how to circulate gpa
my school calculate gpa 90%above=A 89~80=B but what i'm gonna transfer to other school and that school calculate gpa 100~93%=A 92.99~87%=A- here is a quition i got 91% on subject and and i get A and if i transfer to school , DO i get A-????

No, your grade does not change.

The grade that appears on your transcript both before and after you transfer will be the letter grade, not the numerical value.
