my phone is out of minnutes.the phone is an i415..boost mobile

out of money on ur phone-no

monthly bill-yea but will cost extra

If its pre-paid then no you cant text. If the minutes are gone that means money is gone and therefor you need money to text so NO you can text. I dont have boost but i am sure its like all the rest.

Well, if you have texting, then it should be okay. Minutes are different from texting.
