Anyone agree with me on why this statement is 99% true? I will add MORE details on my theory in roughly 5 minutes. But I want to first know what the public thinks of this general assumption.

Also, please think about how a dog, more so a puppy acts around a loving owner as opposed to a mean owner...

I haven't found any "wrong men" as for men being pigs..you jsut dont think do you. Here is more on my theory..

We all know the song "How much is that doggy in the window..the one with the waggly tail!" And when we here that, you normally see this cute little doggy, jumping, wagging it's tail as hard as it can, barking, and playing when this cute little "girl" walks by the pet store window...

Now, isn't that what guys do when they see a cute girl? Impress her so she'll say "Can I keep him?"
So, lets take a few basic dogs and put personalities and names to them so I can better explain it better!

Bull Dog-Protective, a little rough and a litte chubby. But loveable.

Poodle-a trophy dog.

Dalmation-Firemans dog! There to save the day!

Lab-Friendly, cute, good hunters

German Shepards-Protectors, polioce dogs

Pit Bulls-aggrisve by nature, pushovers by nuture

Mutt-a little of everything

Now, *most* men can fit into one of those dog types. *please note, that there are scumbag men out there who are mentally distrubed, so we'll call them cats :D*

Okey, so we have our dog types!
So now to my explination as to why men are puppies!!

When you are trying to pick a puppy (guy) they jump, and they bark, and the yelp, play, fight each other to show whos the strongest and or cutest. All animals do this. Including humans.

Is anyone reading these extra details? Or just reading the title?

I guess you people don't get it. THERE IS NOTHING DEGRADING HERE. I am just using a femist notion that men are dogs, when in fact they are puppies wanting nothing more than to make thier owners (their wives, girlfriends, lovers WHATEVER) Happy and show their loyalty. So if you want to that this is some sort of way to show that men are HORRIBLE you look at a cute little puppy dog and call it a nasty flithy creature..

That's quite degrading. You have very little respect for men and you use sexual attraction as a control game.

How would you like it if someone posed the question -

"are all women basically whores? They strut their stuff for the richest, best looking customer, then act interested in sex just to get at his money.'

"Let's look at the types of whores you have:

[a] the gutter rat - just interested in a quick f*ck so she can get her high off some new Stuart Weitzman pumps

[b] the street walker - dresses scandalously and is shameless around other women, even approaching obviously taken men

[c] the stripper - good looking and attracts men but is a not so closeted lesbian who uses men like ATMs

[d] the call girl - promises a guy the world but once she has the cash runs back to her outlaw biker pimp boyfriend and hands it all over to him

[e] the high end working girl - subdued, quiet tigress who can fake an orgasm with the best of them but inside is just about the cash and the freedom, and is looking for true love but is so cynical after banging (and being kept by) so many married guys.

i mean, you walk past a beach hotel or a bar and there they all are, primping, looking uninterested, blouses open down to there, skirts hiked up to there, trying to get the boys' attention..."

Such a terrible analogy shows as much disrespect for women as you harbor for men. Oh and that's not me wagging my tail - it's me flipping you the finger.

I follow part of what your saying.I guess I would fall into the mutt category because I'm a little bit of everything.I would consider myself to be a protector, provider and a loyal companion.I have been known to wag my tail and compete for attention when a special someone was around and shied away in the corner when a mean spirited woman came around.Any way I can honestly say that I'm house broken and I haven't peed on the floor in a long time now.I'm still waiting for someone to take me home.

We women have the maternal instinct, as opposed to men who have the paternal instinct. Dogs, as they say are a man's best friend and they can be extremely protective of their owner (paternal instinct). A man will really go to any lengths to protect the one he holds dear to his heart... Finding a man like that is sure hard but worthwhile........

I don't agree. I have a loving husband of 54 years and 3 adult happily married sons. They are not dogs, although I love dogs and have a 6 lb. Toy Fox Terrier, the joy of my life right now.

yes we are very much like dogs, when a bunch of men get together you know there is going to be a fight, over male dominance, just like dogs, but remember there are no bad dogs, only bad dog owners. you just need to take care of our needs and wants and you'll have a friend for life, remember a dog is mans best friend, so it sounds to me, like may be your a bad owner or maybe you just don't know how to treat your dog, woof woof

Interesting, if by the statement you are complimenting men in general, however, I believe it is intended to be a negative statement..there is nothing negative about the unconditional love of a dog!!!!!!

I disagree completely, my husband doesn't act like a dog or a puppy, never has and never will. Dogs and puppy's are irresponsible and needy, they expect someone to care for them, that's not my husband or any of my 3 sons.

Both men and women cheat and feel the same about sex, gotta have it need it and they both have one night stands etc etc, no difference in my book. Just as dirty as mens mouths so to are women equally dirty. I do not see any difference so I say that both men and women are capeable of being dogs.
