My 16th is in a month or so! My mom and I have an idea for a tropical mardi gras party. We have food, cake, and music. But what else is a good idea, for a low cost?

Mardi Gras mask. You can get beads at Red Lobster. If you go there and ask maybe they will give them to you.

Do you have a place yet? Try your local community building. Sometimes it's free! also I would look for decorations. What would be pretty cool is if you had masks in tropical colorsand hng them on the wall. Also some mirrors on the wall too. and get a light machine and the light will reflect in the mirror! its a really cool effect!

get some of the cheap neckless that they give out at mardi gras...oriental trading co. has ton of stuff cheap.
