You cant just subtract 1967 from 2007 to figure out the number of super bowls by doing this you are not including that there was one in 1967. I know it sounds complicated but i just counted it out on my fingers in columns of 10:
67, 68, 69, 70, 71, 72, 73, 74, 75, 76
77 78 79 80 81 82 83 84 85 86
87 88 89 90 91 92 93 94 95 96
97 98 99 00 01 02 03 04 05 06

you didnt pass 2nd grade math.
If you want to find out how many occurences of something, you take the two numbers and subtract them AND add 1. For example. Superbowl 1 and 2. Thats 2 superbowls. But 2-1=1 add 1 and you get 2. Superbowls 1-5. Thats 5 superbowls but 5-1=4 add 1 to get 5.
With the second grade math comment, I was just teasin ya so dont take it personally.

Do the math counting 1967 as the first game. 67-76 is 10 games, 77-86 is 10 games, 87-96 is 10 games, 97-06 is 10 games, then add 1 more for 2007, thats 41 years.

The 41st includes the year 1967.
Thus, you have to add 41 to the year 1966.

You add an extra year because the season actually starts the year before the Super Bowl. Like this season. It started in 2006 and it ended in 2007. So u add a year to it and u get your answer. And the team that won the first 2 superbowls were the Greenbay Packers

Because when you subtract 1967 from 2007 you get 40 years, but then when you count (include) the year 1967, you get 41 years.

For EXACTLY the same reason that even though the year is 2007 it is called the 21st century, or why the 1900s were the 20th century, and also EXACTLY the same reason why the beginning of the new millennium was Jan 1, 2001 and NOT Jan 1, 2000.
Most people simply cannot grasp any of this basic, fundamental logic.
Even though your avatar shows you as having black hair, me thinks you are really a blonde.
