Casablanca, The River Queen, Public Enemy, and then in comedy all of the Marx Brothers movies. It depend on what you like. Betty Davis was cool as well as Clark Gable. Bob Hope was funny. Lucille Ball was a babe in the 1940s and did some pretty good flicks. Way too many to say just one is my favorite. I also like old James Cagney and George Raft gangster movies and Henry Fonda and Glen Ford. Sydney Portier was excellent in several movies. Guess Who's Coming For Dinner for one. I could name a bunch.

The best black and white movie that I have ever seen was "12 Angry Men". The movie is about one juror who attempts to persuade the other eleven jurors that a man is innocent. A really, really good movie. Bye!!!

"Harvey" starring James Stewart. It's a beautiful movie. It will make you laugh, it will make you cry. It showcases kindness in the best possible way. "Harvey" gives me the warm-fuzzies all over.
Jimmie Stewart is at his best in this film. He's so innocent and witty and lovable. Yet, his character is a little sad, too. I highly suggest this movie to everyone. You won't be disappointed.
