What do I have to do to my truck once it rolls 100K?

You really only have to have it seviced but you need to make sure it is the whole package not just an oil change but the whole package...

Well, it depends on what other maintenance has been done up to now. I would recommend changing the axle fluids and the transfer case fluid also....
You should have already changed the transmission fluid and the coolant (more than once) and the spark plugs.

Other than that, just keep changing the oil and driving....
