First of all an abortion for medical reasons is trying to save one of the two lives involved.
The US goes out of its way to try and not kill the innocent. Yes there are a few Americans that go wild and kill innocent people. If you would turn on your TV and close your mouth from the diarrea you are spitting out you would find out that the radical Muslims are doing most of the killing. Why don't you try to put your measly brain to use and come up with suggestions how to stop that.

a medical reason is when your life is in danger,the fetus is not more important than the mothers.they are equal.however if the mother dies then so does the fetus.how can you judje one life more valuable than the other?you cant. war is different all sides agreed to it,the whole purpose of war is to damage the other side untill one wins or gives up,so lots of people are going to die either side,thats the way it is.
