There are several 1792 gold coins with, in English Charles IIII (IV), on silver coins Carolus, on gold Carol. It is also not DC but DG (by the grace of God). With out knowing the diameter of the coin and the rest of the legends on the obverse and reverse I can tell you little more. One thing though is, at this time most coinage of Spain was minted at different mints in the Americas. Mexico city being one that produced a lot. The Mo was the mint mark and would be on the coin in the legend some place if minted there. Other mints exist, some much rarer than others.

Just in case you haven't tried this, go to Google Images(www.google.com, then click on Google Images) and type in all the info for your coin. You can try regular Google, too, of course, but Images might help more in this case. If you have already tried that, try using Google (or Dogpile, of course) to look up numismatic clubs or some such thing. They'd probably be able to answer questions.
