show them a picture of all the girls in the home and away tv show lol
there all there all there to learn and gain knowledge on army life or life in the forces remember there only young teens though and talk up to them and not down to them and you will see them turn into fine young men at the end of their training .
treat them with respect as one day they will be adults and expect respect back and always praise them for the good work and talk them through the harder stuff so they will learn easier and become better cadets or even soldiers .

Their cadets. Show them how to do something and them put them in a simulation. If they fail them make them run till they pass out. Then try it again till they get it correct.

You don't, they are cadets, they are there because they want to learn all you have to teach.
