OMG YES!

I saw one yesterday laying on a beach chair rubbing baby oil all over his furry body! OUCH!

Yes they can, if you groom a dog and cut their hair close to their body and you are able to see their skin, then yes they can get sunburn.

yes very much so, usually on their nose but hairless and short haired dogs can get sunburn all over.

We have to rub sunblock on my dogs nose every summer. The top of her nose is pinkish and gets burned if we don't help her out. (Which we lovingly do, of course)
