Not unless you lick it every day.
I'm pretty sure that lead has to be ingested for you to end up with lead poisoning.
and I don't think any parts of it should contain lead.
Or at least those parts should be on the inside.

Did it come with a warning? I don't think my sister's did.
Anyway, if it did just wash your hands after handling it and you should be fine.
