is there anywhere to buy the -ara spells in ff3?

is there anywhere to buy fira, thundara and blizzarda, or do you only find them? i heard you can buy them, but its left out of the walkthrough im using. anyone know?

You can buy those spells at the Village of the Ancients. It's 1500 per spell.

Village of the Ancients is located on the left side of the map, near the bottom half of the screen.
