I watched Fruits Basket and part of Bleach and I think both of those are really good. Other ones I can recommend are:
- Honey and Clover (Hachikuro): If you like arts and art college-themed anime, this is for you. I like the art in the anime also and the themes present are very powerful.
- Ouran Koukou Host Club: Its very comical and is High School based. In my opinion a must watch!
- Naruto: More action-packed but still recommended because the fillers are ending now! <3
- Prince of Tennis: For cute boys and a cool tennis club, watch this one. ;)

Ouran High School Host Club's good if you like Furuba. Full Metal Panic! and Fullmetal Alchemist are also pretty good. Saiyuki is good if you like Trinity Blood. Yu Yu Hakusho is an good one, it has the paranormal stuff, but it's pretty long and the animation's kind of an "older" style, I guess. There are so many good anime! I can't really narrow it down! >.<

Saiunkoku Monogatari is an awesome show! It has the whole immortal thing going on, there's romance, and there is fighting. The plot of this show is so complex it is amazing ~that is what makes it my favorite show.
InuYasha is another awesome show! This one has a less complex plot, but it has demons, romance, lotsa fighting, etc.
I personally prefer Saiunkoku Monogatari, but don't tell my friends that. ;-)

Good anime would be
1) Naruto
2) Inuyasha
3) Yu-gi-oh
4) Yu-gi-oh GX
This show isn't an anime but it's kind of like it : Avatar
Naruto is about ninjas and adventure, very intresting.
Inuysha is about a girl going into the past when demons loved. Its very adventurous and intresting but, the ending isn't that good.
Yu-gi-oh is about a boy named Yugi and his friends going through alot when Yugi unsolves the millenium puzzle. It's also about cards. It's adventurous and about egypt and once again very intresting.
Yu-gi-oh GX is about a boy named Jaden and his purpose of becoming the best duelist. This anime is about card games too like Yu-gi -oh. It's very intresting too.

Peach Girl is more romantic but its funny and has a lot of plots(not overwhellming though)
Eyeshield 21 is just fun to watch and very funny
Kyou Kara Maou is kinda like fantasy and Bleach and gives you a good laugh every eps
Fushigi Yuugi is fantasy and romance, it has it's funny times with good plots and very like Inuyasha
