ok, the situation was like this.
next to my house is a vacant lot.. sometime i clean the front /yard from that lot.. and since i moved to my house couple years ago.. i always have problem with this nasty old skinny skank, she have dog and always let her dog shitting and peeing on that front lot/yard.. and never pick-up after that..
one day i tried to talk to her but her respond was so rude..since that day i just never talk to her.. until last couple hour she curse on my mom because my mom just try to talk to her don't let her dog peing over there.. because smell so stink,
then after that we had argue.. she called me b**th.. and other nasty word and still she did not take her dog s.h.i with her..
i just called police and report to them about that skank..
My question is can i make press charge about her because she was so racist and called me other nasty name??
then what should i do to make everybody stop to leave their dog s.h.i.t to that vacant lot?
is there any law or else

Yes it's called harassment. If there R sexual oriented insults it goes 2 sexual harassment. U could get a restraining order on her as well. However U must be prepared for retaliations on this persons part. Document all events. Make sure the police R notified so if something should happen it's on file already & more actions could be taken. As far as the dog. Is there a leash law in Ur town? U'll think I'm crazy but (4 real) if U went to the zoo & got some Lion, tiger or a big animals sh..t & spread it on the perimeter of Ur yd no dog is going to visit it again, guaranteed.

If the other nasty words could be considered sexual. (cu**) then it's called sexual harrasment. I got a restraining order over a kid when I was 16 because he called me a bi***, cu**, Sl**....and so on so if you have anyone to verify the situation you should be able to press charges.......I hope this helps you......also don't call the lady any names that you want to call her or it could be turned around on you...good luck

urgent rates for the undesirable names isn't very promising. Many communities now have a canines scooper regulation that calls for vendors to clean up after their pets. verify w your city or county authorities. solid success.
