If your Dell still under warranty, Call Dell. Assuming that your Dell has a Standard ATX form factor case, you should be able to buy a motherboard at any computer store. Make sure the board is the same type so you can transfer the processor and memory. Make sure that your power supply is an industry standard one. Otherwise you can damage the motherboard.
