Oh my gosh, just the other day I was thinking about this cough I have turning into cystic fibrosis and I actually started crying. I am too old to be acting like this, but I'm premenstrual so I guess that's my problem.

I have thought of my death but from the perspective of how I want to go. Ideally, dying in my sleep, but otherwise no hacking, burning, prolonged death. I want it to be quick. My sis and I have stupid conversations about cancer vs. AIDS, etc. and we both agree some deaths just seemed too painful.

Yeah, wonder what my family will do to my body and then there is that notion of what happens to a decaying body. Freaks me out in the shower knowing that when I get out I am clean and for what? so that maggots and bugs can be eating it someday?
