I heard it had to be 49cc. If so whats the best moped to buy?

You don't need a special license, but if your regular driver's license is suspended, it looks like you won't be allowed a moped, either.

u need a moped license, but if ur drivers license was yanked because of a dui, u will need to get permission for work related driving from the court for any motor vehicle. this obviously includes a moped. otherwise, mopeds wouldnt require a license.

totally depends on the state, Wisconsin where i live requires a driver's license
Indiana requires none so the call it the DWI mobile down there
in Ohio it's a motorcycle needing a cycle license
49cc is correct in most states
Eton beamer is good
and the TGB key west is a bit better

Well I live in Mexico and the best advice that you can get from anyone is this--- ---- call the judge's court clerk and ask the clerk if you can drive a mo-ped -- also you can call the highway cops and talk to then and get their opinion and the rules of having a mo-ped only license --- this is the only way that you are going to get The answer that will keep you law abiding and honest as well as not put in jail because you decided to mo-ped-it anyway and then GOT >> CAUGHT .. get the court permission in writing... and keep a copy of that in your billfold

Unless they changed the law, U don't need a liscense to ride a
moped. Law simply states mopeds are Not allowed on highways.

u cant get any license with an current dwi suspension, and moped's require a license.
